This Couples Thai Massage Workshop is a hands-on, 2-hour class designed for partners of all kinds to learn how to give and receive effective, nurturing Thai massage and stretching techniques.
Participants will be guided through simple, accessible techniques that help relieve tension, improve mobility, and promote relaxation. Prior to the workshop, you’ll be asked which areas of your body feel tight or sore, allowing the class content to be tailored to what you need most - maximizing both comfort and value.
No prior massage or yoga experience is required. This workshop is about slowing down, tuning in, and learning practical skills you can use at home to support one another’s well-being long after Valentine’s Day.

Join Starr and Lara for 90 minutes of pure BLISS. Enjoy being bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, native/shamanic drumming, the rain stick, the hand pan and maracas as you are guided by Starr into a blissful, meditative state. At the same time, experience a taste of a Thai Yoga Massage from Lara while you melt into your mat. Choose to have your thighs/hips, upper body or feet be the focus of your massage. Lara may also use stretch techniques to lengthen and loosen your muscles. If you've never had a sound bath or Thai Yoga Massage experience, they are both a must try!
